Privacy Policy

1. Overview

This Privacy Policy explains how Ice Jellyfish Lagoon (the "App", "we", "us") treats information when you use the App. In short: the App does not collect, store on servers, transmit, sell or share any personal data. There are no user accounts, no analytics, no advertising, no tracking and no third-party software development kits. The App works entirely offline.

2. Information we do not collect

We do not collect or process:

• Names, email addresses, phone numbers or any other contact details.
• Device identifiers, advertising identifiers or IP addresses.
• Location data.
• Usage analytics, crash reports or diagnostics sent to us or to anyone else.
• Payment or purchase information — the App has no in-app purchases.

3. Data stored on your device

The App saves your progress and preferences only in its private container on your device:

• Shards, discovered species, upgrade levels, achievements, daily tide progress and streak, statistics and the selected fishing spot.
• Settings such as music, sound effects, haptics, control mode and the chosen lagoon backdrop.
• Catch Card images you create and, if you choose one, a copy of a photo used as the lagoon backdrop.

This data never leaves your device. Deleting the App deletes all of it. You can also erase it from Settings → Reset all progress inside the App.

4. Camera

The camera is accessed only when you tap Camera while framing a Catch Card. The photo is composed into the card and stored inside the App. It is never uploaded or shared unless you use the share function yourself. You can decline camera access; the App remains fully playable.

5. Photo library

When you tap Library, the system photo picker lets you choose a single image. Only the image you select is read; the App does not browse your library. Saving a Catch Card to your Photos happens only when you tap Save on the Trophy Wall.

6. Motion sensors

If you choose Tilt controls, the device's motion sensors steer the hook during a descent. Motion data is used in real time and is never recorded or transmitted.

7. Sharing

Sharing a Catch Card uses the standard iOS share sheet. What you share, and with whom, is entirely your choice and is handled by the app or service you pick. We receive nothing.

8. Third parties

The App does not integrate any third-party services, SDKs, advertising networks or analytics providers, and does not send data to any server operated by us or by others.

9. Children

The App contains no in-app purchases, no advertising, no chat and no external links inside gameplay. It does not knowingly collect any information from anyone, including children under 13 (or the applicable age in your region).

10. Your rights

Because we hold no personal data about you, there is nothing for us to access, correct, export or delete on your behalf. All data lives on your device and is under your control. If you contact us by email, we use your message only to reply and do not keep it longer than needed for that purpose.

11. Security

Your data is stored in the App's sandboxed container and protected by the security features of your device, including device passcode and encryption where enabled.

12. Apple privacy details

App Store listing: Data Not Collected. The bundled privacy manifest declares no tracking, no tracking domains and no collected data types.

13. Changes to this policy

If this policy changes, the updated version ships with the App and is published on this page with a new effective date.
